WOW it's been a long time. This was my first time out since once in January and that one time was the first time out in two months. So, at this point, I have pretty much taken 4 months off. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and I never want this to happen again.

This run was pretty much a terrible run overall. I was actually TRYING to not try. It wasn't as low of an effort as I could actually do, but I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I ran one mile, then walked for 1:30, then I started up again. My HR was out of control. I just need to get out there and get into a routine. I WILL DO IT DAMMIT!
