This wasn't terrible. I finally managed to wake up this morning and get my lazy butt out of bed. I was a little aprehensive, since the last couple runs have been TERRIBLE. I just tried to go as easy as possible. It wasn't as hard to do as it has been the last couple times out. I was actually able to regulate my heart rate to some consistency. High, but consistent. It was high, but it could have easily been much higher. I felt much more like I knew what I was doing out there. Only time will tell. Good effort today.
