Today I wanted to push myself a little. I pushed harder than that. I started off with what I *thought* was a quick pace, but not too quick. It ended up being too quick. It pushed my HR up real fast, and it stayed there. I ended up slowing way down by the third mile and only was able to push in the fourth mile just a tiny bit faster. It was a good run, but still indicates I have a lot of work to do. I'm trying to be patient with it, but old habits and stuff like that... I had fun and it felt good.
Sleep: CRAP (bed at 11:00pm, could fall asleep until after midnight, awake at 5:30 and groggy, out of bed at 6:30am)
Mood: grrr
Physical: OK
Clothes: black Umbro shorts, yellow ATITB shortsleeve, red hat (humidity killed me, but I like these shorts!!)
