I made it to the YMCA for the first time to swim tonight. Decent pool. Nothing special. A little too warm. A bit to chlorinated. WAY too out of shape!! Oh dear Lord!! I need to get back in the rhythm here with TRI training. I was like a fish out of water tonight. My arms were WRECKED after only about 200 yards. After the first few laps, I knew it wasn't going to be a stellar performance, so I just tried my best to get a decent distance in, without killing myself. I spent most of the time just trying to get my form back. It will come. I can't wait to screw it all up with the wetsuit soon! ;) A decent workout all things being equal...
