Its getting ridiculous how many days I don't want to get up and run. So, I woke up in a bit of an angry mood and just wanted to DO IT today. I decided today was a medium effort day. My body told me different half way through and I struggled to keep my HR at 155, despite running over a 10 minute mile. After the third mile split was in, slow as all hell, I decided to step it up and run pretty much as hard as I could for the last mile. It wasn't great, another disappointment. Oh Boy.
Sleep: not good (bed at 11:15pm, woke up at 6:30am)
Mood: angry
Physical: tired
Clothes: dark blue shorts, red RRS shortsleeve, red hat (a little hot and sweaty)
