I have wanted to do this for a week or two now, since the weather is getting nicer, so I made plans to do it today. It was pretty chilly this morning (50°), but really clear and sunny. I quickly found my legs to be real tired, so I just took it easy and got there eventually, didn't push it or try too hard to get there in a hurry. My HR was also little high on the ride. I am not sure if that was because I was feeling kinda tired, or if it is coincidental with the dehydration I have been feeling over the last couple days, or if it was because this was my first time riding outside in a LONG time.

Thought everything was going to be fine for the way home, but when I got home I realized I forgot to start the HR monitor. Damn. I also REALLY felt tired. I didn't have any problem on long-flat sections, but as soon as I got to a hill, I slowed WAY down. Tired, Tired, Tired.
Sleep: decent (bed at 11:30pm)
Mood: excited to ride today
Physical: no issues at the start, but after riding for only just a few minutes I felt TIRED
Clothes: shorts, NewBalance black longsleeve, PearlIzumi jacket
