Today I woke up really late. I didn't want to go, I just wanted to stay in bed, but then wanting to get out and do it took over and I couldn't go back to sleep. I just wanted a nice easy run, so I took it easy from the start. My HR climbed pretty fast to the mid 140s and I got worried that it was going to be a bad day, but it didn't rise much at all after that. Much easier to keep it down today than ever. I was running pretty good, and it was only at the worst in the mid 150's. Very good feeling to have it be that controlled.
Sleep: decent, but not long enough. (bed at 11:30pm)
Mood: eager to get out
Physical: a little worried from swimming late in the day yesterday, but was nice and loose
Clothes: shorts, NewBalance black longsleeve, red Nike hat: perfect
