Today was the first day out in a week and a half. Last week there was ZERO motivation. I'm almost there with the 'routine' but not quite. I think today might change that. It felt good to get out there today. The running part kinda sucked, because I KNOW that I am out of shape, but today I didn't care. I ran real slow, my HR was pretty low, and after the first and second mile, I walked for one minute to let myself recover. I didn't care that I was walking, it actually felt good. I picked up the speed in the last 1/8th mile or so, like ususal. I also was reading basic workout routines and found out that I should be out for no less than 30 minutes. SO, three miles is the new minimum. All things being equal, it was a good day!
Sleep: decent. (bed at 11:30pm)
Mood: complacent
Physical: sore back from yard work on Sunday.
Clothes: shorts, compression shirt, PearIzumi jacket, red nike hat
