Nothing special about this workout. Just 30 minutes of pretty constant effort. 10 minutes at lowest resistance, than stepped it up to 3 for 15 minutes, then 5 minutes back at lowest to cool down. Pretty uneventful. HR was pretty low the whole time, which was nice. Soon I am going to have to get some "road" gears to start going faster. Either way, this was a good day.
