Just a slow easy run for today. Today I was surprised to find that my HR was pretty much under control. I almost couldn't believe that it was possible. It was darn slow, but it felt good to be in control. I'll get there.
Sleep: decent (bed at 11:45am, awake at 6:15, out of bed at 6:30am)

Clothes: red RRS shorts, red RRS shortsleeve, red hat (too warm at the end)
