I just tried to go slow and easy today. It wasn't working too well. Out of shape and seriously humid don't mix well for a nice slow easy run. It felt better than yesterday, but not by much. I think my HR was lower for longer, but at the end of five miles I was REALLY spent and my HR was pretty much maxed out. Not good. I totally intended this year to start out better than this. I'm gonna change this if it flippin kills me.

Sleep: decent (bed at 11:00pm, awake at 7:00 but finally out of bet at about 9:30)

Mood: decent

Physical: just tired and feeling out of shape

Clothes: light blue Nike shorts, blue Tri-CC tank top, red hat (HOT!!)
