100 EASY cool down
Wow, this third workout of the week was difficult to actually do. Missed Friday. Came to RIT on Saturday, but he pool was closed. Then finally made it late on Sunday. A lot later than I wanted to do it, but it's done. I'm trying to concentrate a bit more on my form and stroke, and trying to do some decent workouts at the same time. I think I might be coming close to achievement on both, but not real sure. I still fell a bit like a fish out of water, but I'm getting there. A good workout none-the-less.

Physical: a bit tired, and feeling a bit sore/tired from the run this morning
