Trying to stick with my normal routine. I need more sleep in order for this to work. That, and I need to get out of bed and get going earlier. Today I was 20 minutes late to class. OOPS. Very tired. Not a bad workout, but not good. Two swims in close succession (last night at 9:30 then this morning at 7:30) kind of got to me. Plus I knew I didn't have much time, so I was trying to get it done quick. I think the workout would have been better quality had I gotten more/better sleep and not tried rushed through it. Eh, yards are yards. It's done and it's more than was expected of me for the Tri CC class, so I think I'm good.

Sleep: no good (bed at 11:30pm, wake at 6:30am <== got to get up and out earlier!!)

Mood: tired

Physical: a bit tired, and a bit sore/tired from a big weekend of workouts.
