RS200 HEART RATE MONITOR ON FOR THIS RUN!
Second outing with the Heart Rate Monitor. Tried to keep my heart rate below 150. Did a good job overall, but it mad my pace REALLY SLOW compared with what I am used to.
(my excel calculator tool 'Max Heart Rate.xls' shows this to be ~60-70%).
