TRI-CC Swim 202 at MCC pool. Fourth Tri-CC swim day. Time trial day. Day of reckoning? Not that big of a deal. It was also transition demo day with Dennis Moriarty demonstrating getting out of the swim, getting out of your wet suit and getting on the bike. Some good info. Swimming was a bit out of whack for tonight, since everyone was in the pool at one time. This made for a couple of really interesting drills. A good night in the pool overall. My time trial came down 2-3 seconds too. Good swim.
Sleep: awful (bed at 12:30am, wake at 6:30)
