Ride to work at 601 on canal path. The logistics of this morning were all messed up. I woke up at 7 and had to get Aidan ready for school, take the garbage out, get him to school and THEN come home and jump on the bike. I did not get out of the house until about 8:15. The ride was pretty good though. I have never been to 601 on my bike before. I always exited the canal path at Chili Ave before, this time I took it past Chili, past Buffalo road and to Lee road. This portion of the ride was pretty nice actually! The only bad part is crossing the roads. I haven't ridden a long distance in quite a while, so I pushed it a little too hard, because I didn't know better. HR was a little high. Overall it was a good ride!
