Today was an easy day, in a kind of bad week for getting out and doing stuff. Last workout was a hard/hill workout, so this was a bit of recovery. At first I thought I was going a bit too hard, but that was because my HR monitor was acting up. Once it started working correctly, my HR was lower than I wanted it, for the rest of the way. I had to run pretty darn quick just to keep it between 145-150. This is a good sign. Keep up the good work, i guess!

Sleep: EH (bed at 12am, awake at 6:10am)
