1x100 as HARD as I could go, 1:10.00
2x100 EASY cool down
I just wanted to get a decent workout in today. Nothing special, just log some yardage. I decided to do a pretty boring workout, 20 - 50's on 0:50. Then when I was done I did 100yds easy then did a 'time-trial' test 100 to see how fast I could go. I got it done in 1:10.0. This was very surprizing. My stroke felt really good going fast. I also tried to only breathe every other time, and I think this helped significantly. A good workout.
Sleep: yuck (bed at 12:00am)
Mood: tired but complacent
Physical: hamstrings a little sore from weekend yard-work
