20x50 GOOD PACE on 1:00, finished each in exactly 0:40.0
2x200 EASY cool down
First time in the water all week. All I wanted to do was to get a good amount of yardage in today. The first couple 200's felt pretty good, but I was tired. I decided to do 50's today, since I had done just about everything else. I didn't sprint, but I gave a real good effort. I gave as much as I could in order to repeat the interval. I also didn't want to overdo it, so I gave myself enough rest between each. 40 second 50's is moving pretty good, but 20 seconds rest between doesn't make it too hard to keep that pace. It actually felt a lot smoother today than usual. Good swim!!
Sleep: (second of the day)
Mood: tired
Physical: a bit tired, and a my legs were real sore, especially my IT band. Hot tub afterwards solved that though.
