10x100 repeat on 01:45.0 each one was ~01:23.0
3x100 EASY Cool down
Tried to keep to a little more structure to the workouts, like before: warm up, main set, cool down. Tonight was all about a decent effort. I kept it easy for the first 300, then tried to keep the effort up for the next 1000yds. Interval was just right. I was able to work pretty hard, and had a decent amount of recovery time. 300 at the end was nice and easy also. This felt like a real workout. NICE!
Sleep: HORRIBLE no running this morning, so I got to sleep a little later, but what sleep I had SUCKED. I was falling asleep at my desk all day. (bed at 11:30pm)
Mood: a little tired, but pretty happy
Physical: no complaints
