Good run today. Nice and easy, felt good. A little sprinkle of rain kept me nice and cool. No problem with HR, in fact it was low for most of the run. Pace was a little slower than expected... but I didn't want to go hard AT ALL, so it was fine. Last 1/2 mile was "one level up". ~NICE!
