workout AVG HR 109 ?? (should have been more like 155bpm, cause I was getting my ass kicked)

The run portion of the Tri-CC "Transition 101" brick workout. Legs were pretty heavy and tired for this run. The run was also not what I would refer to as 'flat'. Started out in the Beach parking lot at Mendon Ponds and ran down the hill towards the trail, then back to the road. HILLS!! Holy crap. I am not used to running on grass. Makes me feel REALLY UNEASY about my ankles. It was a good workout.

Sleep: garbage (bed at 12:30am, woke up at 7:15am)

Mood: good (cause the workout was late in the day)

Physical: left calf muscle was tight and a bit sore

Clothes: Trek bike shorts liner, red RRS shorts, yellow livestrong shortsleeve shirt, blue Pearl Izumi jacket, red hat (too hot)
