TRI-CC Swim 201 at MCC pool. Third Tri-CC swim day, second I was able to go to. I didn't want to do much today. No energy. The warm-up was hell, but then we did the hard 100's and I perked right up. For the first one. Then hit the wall. Out of gas. Lots of effort for not a whole lot of speed from then on. It was actually a lot of fun though, because swimming in a pack like that makes everyone a little silly. We were laughing a bit more than we should have been.
Sleep: awful (bed at 12:30am, wake at 6:30)
Mood: tired, weary
