Good run today. Changed up the plan a little bit. Runs on Tues/Thurs/Saturday will now be Hard Hard Moderate and will be 6 or 7 miles. Other days will be easy and 4 or 5 miles. Today was 6 miles Hard, and it felt good. Decent pace for the run, only affected by hills. Kicked home the last mile 5bpm harder/faster. ~NICE!
