workout AVG HR 145

An easy effort run today. I just wanted a nice easy, somewhat longer run this morning. This is a big-mile week for me and I just want to spend most of the time going easy. I tried my hardest to keep my HR around 145, but when it went higher I was OK with it as long as it stayed under 150. I think I did pretty well achieving this goal. I was trying to pay close attention to my form during this run also since I think that this is one area where I need some improvement. I didn't worry too much about hitting the hills too hard today, but I did try a little harder than I would have usually. At the end, as usual, the last mile I pushed a little more, just because. I was working a little harder, and the pace was somewhat faster, but I wasn't as motivated to make as much of a go of it today. A good run.

Sleep: decent (bed at 11:00am, awake at about 5:30am)

Mood: good

Physical: no complaints

Clothes: red RRS shorts, red RRS shirt, red FleetFeet hat (perfect)
