A little more structure to the workout tonight, only because I want to get back into the habit of warm up, main set, cool down. Seemed to work. I felt good today, a little slow and tired, but like I could have easily done more yardage. My arms were kinda limp by the end though, kind of a subtle indicator that enough was enough. I again felt like this was a really good thing, and I really want to swim again. This is a good sign, and I am looking forward to upping the yardage. NICE!

Sleep: HORRIBLE no running this morning, so I got to sleep a little later, but what sleep I had SUCKED. I was falling asleep at my desk all day. (bed at 11:00pm)

Mood: ALL wound up from my midterm in Finite Elements

Physical: my neck was a bit out of whack and was kinda tight and achy
