About 20 minutes into this run, I thought it was going to be difficult, because my knees felt a little achy. But on my next walk break, I stretched out a little bit, and ended up finishing the run feeling fantastic. My legs felt fresh and I had some 'bounce' left after finishing up, rather than feeling like I was dragging.

Cut the run short due to other time commitments.

Overall, a nice run.
