Notes

Had a hard time getting started today. I lifted weights and did abdominal exercises w/ Anna prior to the run, which I think had alot to do with it. I was already tired by the time I was starting.

Finally got into a rhythm toward the end of the run, and was able to squeeze out 4 miles.
