Notes

Ankle has been pain free for a while, so I'm trying to get back into running. Ran two miles with just a couple walk breaks, and then took a little breather. Then jogged a half mile, walk break, half mile to finish out the run. Fitness level is pretty poor at the moment, but that is to be expected. Ankle was mostly alright. Can feel a little pain, but not enough to keep me from getting going again.
