Notes

Ran a mile at around an 8:00 pace, then took a breather, then jogged home at about a 10:30 pace. Put in the quicker mile because I was feeling like I wasn't getting good leg turnover, and wanted to jump-start it a bit. Felt alot better during the jog than I had in my previous run, so I think it helped to some extent.
