Notes
This was a difficult run due to the weather. It was 90 with like 60% humidity, which made it feel even hotter. I started off pretty well, but was really tapped out by the end of the run. Took a decently long break in the middle to down some fluids.
Wore Anna's HR monitor, and walked periodically in order to keep my HR down below 180. At first that wasn't a problem, but the last segment of the run my HR was up pretty high, and I had to end up walking quite a bit, as my times indicate.
Any problems were due to heat and breathing of heavy air. Physically this was not a strain. Entering this the day after, and I'm not even sore. Felt worn out afterward, but I think a big part of that was not having had enough food prior to the run, because after eating I felt much better.
Overall, not too bad.
