Notes

Took morning off, and went for a run w/ Marty. Jogged to the Fort Meigs hill for repeats. Jogs there and back were fine, the hill was hard.

Could feel my hips and upper legs really working as I was running the up-hills. I was pretty ragged throughout, but pace was very consistently 39-40 seconds per uphill. Kicked harder on the last, and still had some left, so not too bad. Trail going up the hill was gravel, and had huge ruts, and my lower legs/ankles had their share of work going on too.

We ran 3 sets of 4 repeats, with 2 minutes rest between. This seemed pretty reasonable. Even so, I was spent by #12.

Distance to and from the hill are estimates, but are probably close.
