Felt like I needed to do a recovery run today, or risk being completely cramped up tomorrow due to yesterday's hill workout. Really feeling it in my hips today. Lots of muscles complaining that I don't typically pay attention to. I guess that means the hill workout was a success, but that doesn't make me feel much better.

Anyway, this was a standard light run. Took about 1:30 to stretch after running the first mile as warm-up, then finished out the run. Felt more tired than I should have, but between yesterday's run, and not getting a healthy amount of sleep last night, that is probably normal.
