Notes
Started this run feeling really good, which was a pleasant surprise given how my recent weekend / daytime runs have felt.
Ran the first hour at a rediculous pace, by my LHR standards. Lately I've been hitting like 4.4 - 4.5 miles at the end of my first hour, and today I was at 4.8.
Second segment, I felt good until I got right around 7 miles. At that point, I could tell I was getting tired and my form was degrading, and my effort level definitely went up. Still, I decided that overall I wasn't doing so bad, so I stretched out the run.
Easy Eight.
