A little harder today. Was much hotter, and more humid.
Ran slower, but was more steady. Found a pace I could keep up without affecting my HR too much, and stuck to it. Had fewer walk breaks than other runs.
Felt it a little today in my hips. Although I'm putting in fewer miles than I was, my total time up and moving is much greater, and I think I'm starting to feel the effects of that somewhat.
