Really messed up my splits on this race, so I don't have the precise numbers, but my first mile was a little fast, probably around 7:00, and my second was probably about a 7:25-7:30, which I think was more reasonable. Ended up dying the last portion of the race though, as has been typical.

Having trouble adding mileage with the high intensity work from the PR5k program. I think what I need is probably diverging from the program at this point, as although I've pretty much run into shape via the high intensity work, I think my speed is where it needs to be to run mid-21s, but my endurance is completely missing. Without longer, slower days, my endurance isn't really going to improve the way it needs to really lower my times much.

That said, I'll probably stick with the program, which only runs a couple more weeks, and enter my first real base building for the year afterward.
