Really hot and humid, made for killer hill repeats.

8 repeats of a hill that was a little over 200m long. Each repeat was run in approximately 50 seconds, with a slow jog/walk down for recovery.

I was totally spent by the end of each rep. The first 150m or so were reasonable, but the last 50 were just a chore. Slogged through it, but it was rough all around.
