Notes
This was going to be an easy day, but the effort level ended up being kind of high, just because of the heat and humidity. It was hard to breathe, made worse by the fact that I hadn't run in this kind of weather yet this year.
Ran the red trail w/ Anna, with a 1 min. walk at about the halfway point. Then went out again and did a mile, at a little quicker pace (7:20) hoping to beat the rain. I made it back in time, but the rain got me during cool-down/stretches.
