Notes
Wasn't really intending to do a tempo run, but when I checked my time at the mile mark, I decided to just go with it.
Got splits for 3 legs:
1 mile in 8:06 (8:06 pace)
1.1 miles in 8:40 (7:52 pace)
1.3 miles in 10:11(7:50 pace)
Felt great first mile, second leg was fair, but third was a little rough. Probably went further than I ought to at tempo pace. Shins still an issue, but hurt alot less than I would have expected them to if I had done this workout a week or two ago.
