First run back in Urbana. I kinda progress through the run my miles 7:00,6:53,6:52,6:48,6:47,6:46,6:35,6:30. I got faster each mile didn’t really plan on doing that but not complaining. Fitness starting to get comeback slowly just got to be more consistent. I am getting stronger from working out this winter and cross training. Consistent is key 🔑
