COMMENTS: took the day off because my right ankle hurt on the outside when walking around (a little in the morning but it got much worse at night when I was walking around with the family)... the pain is pretty close to the skin but I suspect it might be a stress fracture in the making so I better nip this sucker in the bud... I can feel it especially well when doing the soleus calf stretch... no treatment for the day other than not running
