COMMENTS: took yesterday off b/c woke up late and was busy in evening...today felt aches--rest day didn't have any effect...ran to Grover, met Somogyi, Stinky, and Tirella...did 2 big loops at a moderate pace, then ran home...these 3 should be at Loughran's (not running) tomorrow
