Run the 20K course, minus the sunset trail part. Started at Sequoia-Bayview instead. Knee felt okay (but not perfect) until about 4.5-5.5 miles when it started to feel a little sore at times. At other times it felt okay. At 10-11 miles in started to feel swollen, so I walked the last mile which felt okay. Beautiful day. Afternoon run too, and so I just ate Gels instead of lunch. Felt a little weak throughout, and inside hamstring felt tweaked too...
