What's a girl to do when every short, flat run she does feels awful? Run a hilly 22-miles of course! Without showing a lick of sense in regards to my current level of fitness, I decided to bully my way through something tough rather than trying some kinder, gentler method of getting back into the groove. All things considered, it didn't go too badly. It wasn't fast or pretty, but I did it alone and in the rain, so just getting it done seemed pretty fine to me. thrilled to have this week's long run in the bank on Thursday too. I have a while to contemplate the next one now.
