Well, that certainly sucked. The pain was easier to localize today -- it was in my glutes. I wonder if it had to do with the hour of Wii fit yoga last night... The strategy of cutting back on mileage to recover better so I can run faster obviously isn't working. Andy wants me to start increasing my mileage and ignoring my pace; I told him that if I adopt that strategy, I'll plan to finish the Boston Marathon before it gets too dark.
