coach almost refused to tell me my split because he thought I was gonna be very upset. I was super tired and stomach felt bad, so I'm not surprised by this.

Idk if the split was actually that slow cause I purposely took the baton super early in the zone and kind of ran katie over. plus I don't like the 400 at middlebury anyways and tired/beat up from this day and the week and the whole training cycle. mixed feelings about that deload week coming up. maybe I'll go for a pool session tuesday if I don't have too much work.

post: jog/diagonal cooldown, Jan stretched out my hip/groin/hamstring area, iced my shins at the meet, on the bus and did some more ice cup stuff on the left (worse) leg. most of my pain in in the lowest 1/4 inside of tibia, also have some noticable weird bumps but they move around and feel soft so I think it's fine. treatment tomorrow.
