did 3x4 stairs, each set had frog jumps, 1e SL jumps, and one sprint.
shins no problem, it was so warm and humid and I was a little tired so I did a minimalistic warmup with some stretches and a tiny bit of skipping. Love this stair workout, my legs were literally trembling after, fueled up with a nice oatmeal beautifully decorated with tropical fruit. I could get used to this. shins were over all really good, just on the single leg jumps with my right leg I needed to make sure to not be lazy and use my muscles for the impact, otherwise I'd feel it about 1/3 up from the ankle. gotta stay on top of stretching and rolling. Another night of 10+ hours of sleeping, love it.
