Notes

Got a bit more speed work in today. Did a 3 mile progressive warm-up, from about 8:30 down to about 6:30.

Legs felt fairly good throughout, and from the start. That probably has something to do with the fact that I had just skied for an hour before this, and I was warmed-up already.

Bursts of about 60-90 seconds.

Hit 12.0 for the last couple, so we're definitely making progress and getting somewhere. Legs felt decent, and turnover was coming fairly easy.

Excited for when this pace can be NOT on a treadmill, because it always feels so much easier and so much more natural on a track.
