Felt good! Ran from my house to MCR where I warmed up and ate my Huma gels. There was no way I wanted to stop during the run. Apparently I forgot to turn off my watch, hence the 30 minute 6th mile. Oops.
Walked for about 30 seconds each 1/2 mile. I've been fading on my long runs so I started this from the very beginning. It helped. I still felt strong at the end.
