On the road with markings
All the first were 39 except one 41 and one 37 (last 200)....lost count though and first 200 of the 4 min jog was a 39 as well....then realized I was on the jog...oops
..so it was more like 9x200 with 3:20 jog between sets
Second set: the 2 35s felt fine and was striking mid foot. Got up on toes the last two which were 32s.
Overall felt good considering on road. Track is about 30% clear so if the snow stays away I should have a track next week.
